Clipfinity offers a 7-day free trial of Pro features. No payment information is required to start the trial. The trial automatically ends after 7 days unless you purchase Pro.
Clipfinity Pro is available as a one-time purchase of $9.99 USD. Pricing may vary by region and is subject to applicable taxes.
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Your payment method will be charged through your Apple ID account.
Your purchase grants you a lifetime license to use Clipfinity Pro on all Macs signed in with your Apple ID. The license includes all future updates at no additional cost.
Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy. To request a refund:

The Developer may release updates, upgrades, or enhancements to Clipfinity at any time. Updates may:
You are not obligated to install updates, but some features may require the latest version.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR:
The Developer's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for Clipfinity ($9.99 USD) or $100 USD if you have not made a purchase, whichever is less.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mukul Mehra from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
These Terms remain in effect until terminated by either party.
You may terminate this agreement at any time by uninstalling Clipfinity and ceasing all use of the App.
The Developer may terminate or suspend your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must immediately uninstall Clipfinity and cease all use.
The Developer reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
Your continued use of Clipfinity after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Developer regarding Clipfinity and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
