How do I install Clipfinity?

Download Clipfinity from the Mac App Store, then simply drag it to your Applications folder. Launch the app and grant clipboard access permissions when prompted.

Why isn't Clipfinity capturing my clipboard?

Make sure you've granted clipboard access permissions in System Settings > Privacy & Security > Accessibility. Restart the app after granting permissions.

How do I use the quick paste shortcuts?

Press Ctrl+Cmd+1 through Ctrl+Cmd+9 to paste your 9 most recent clips instantly. Or press Ctrl+Cmd+V to open the search interface.

Can I exclude certain apps from being tracked?

Yes! Go to Settings > Behavior and add apps to your exclusion list. Clipfinity won't capture anything you copy from those apps.

Where is my clipboard data stored?

All clipboard data is stored locally on your Mac in an encrypted database. Nothing is ever uploaded to the cloud or shared with third parties.

How do I upgrade to Pro?

Open Clipfinity > Settings > Clipfinity Pro, then click "Unlock Pro — $9.99". Your purchase is a one-time payment with lifetime updates.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled through the Mac App Store. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and request a refund within 90 days of purchase.
